1. The Brief
Think Global Projects (TGP) needed a web based management solution to replace their excel based system that would allow them to centralise all the core processes required for conceptualising, designing, managing and implementing a brand compliant signage program. The system needed to be manageable internally but also offer client tools for TGP staff members and clients to collaborate through the entire brand implementation process.
2. The Process
Modika worked closely with TGP to accurately reproduce and extend their excel based system
and convert it to the web. An iterative development process was used so that system functionality could be separated into smaller chunks and prioritised. What this approach enabled us to do was to have regular reviews with TGP throughout the development process, ensuring TGP were completely involved and their expectations managed. Additionally, this approach allowed TGP to utilise parts of the system as and when they became available and they were not left waiting for other parts of the system while they were being developed.
3. The Result
TGP have successfully transitioned their business operations online and the system we developed has not only become central to their business but has become a key component to their core business offer.
Since release the system has been gaining prominence from many within the branding industry and is quickly becoming recognised as an essential tool for global rebranding projects. TGP have embraced the new system and with guidance from Modika have actively looked at enhancements to the system to ensure the system continues to evolve and better facilitate the needs of their clients.
